Yellow Rose Quartet
Oil Painting by Rajat Shanbhag
In summer, I'm like a child at a gift store, and for me, the gift store is the rose garden. I love painting roses during our flowering season on Vancouver Island. This year, an idea came to me of adding sequence or melody to my floral paintings. This painting amongst others is a result of such effort. This melody ends on a red note :)
Size: 16x12 in
Material: oil on linen panel, framed
The painting comes within a handbuilt frame. The process is entirely handmade and is carefully curated from start to finish, all on Vancouver Island. I am hoping you will enjoy this painting as much I have enjoyed creating it!
