Brentwood Bay Snow
I started this Plein air and later finished it at the studio.
The morning light hitting the fresh snow of early February is a sight to behold.
It is very chilly this time of the year on the island, but there are gaps in the winter season when there is warm air passing across the bay, which makes painting outside enjoyable!

I built the linen panel and frame myself. The process is entirely handmade and is carefully curated from start to finish, all on Vancouver Island.
